ORDER MANAGEMENT
The portal accepts purchase orders from Monday to Friday, following office hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.. During these times, all purchase orders are processed. The order is only considered formally processed once the economic transaction relating to the purchase has been confirmed. Products in stock are normally dispatched in the shortest possible time. Approximately, the expected delivery time is

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday during standard working hours, through a specialised courier, using suitable packaging for the address indicated by the customer. The delivery terms mentioned are to be considered as indicative for the company SPORT COMMERCE ITALIA SRL and may be subsequently confirmed or modified according to business needs.
Upon receipt, the recipient is obliged to check that the number and type of products correspond to the order placed. In the event of discrepancies, the customer has the right to make use of the right of withdrawal. Transport rates are calculated according to the weight or weight/volume ratio of the goods and the destination address, in agreement with the selected carrier. These rates are clearly communicated to the customer during the purchase process and in subsequent confirmation communications. Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the parcel carefully before signing for it as proof of receipt. All packages are carefully packed; if the package shows signs of tampering, we recommend accepting the delivery with reservation or rejecting it. In the event of an unauthorised signature or evidence of tampering, it is important to contact the courier immediately.
SPORT COMMERCE ITALIA SRL declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to shipments and their contents if the package is accepted without reservation. If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the contract, the package may be returned to the sender and this cost will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. Shipments are insured until delivery.
