The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract exercisable within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the purchased goods. The collection can be booked by filling in the return form in the reserved area. The shipment must be sent to the following address: C.A.S.H. srl, Via Verdi 37, 30030, Pianiga, (VE), Italy.

Once the returned item has been received, the customer will receive a refund, with a charge for the return shipping.

Shipping costs are set at €9.00 for Italy and €18 for foreign countries. Your total refund will be the price you paid for the item, less the cost of return shipping.

The Customer must return, at his or her own care and risk, the purchased Products, intact and complete (including any original packaging of the item), to the address indicated above, within and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the purchased Products. For the sole purpose of the 14 (fourteen) days deadline mentioned above, the Products shall be deemed to have been returned at the time they were handed over to the forwarding agent. Withdrawal may be exercised for the entire Product purchased and cannot therefore be exercised in relation to only part of the goods ordered.


    The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
    Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.
    In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or that there are errors in the shipments by Sport Commerce Italia S.r.l., it is requested to follow the same instructions above (return). Sport Commerce Italia S.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise to its premises.
    All returned items are subject to inspection and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure.
    Sport Commerce Italia S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent with couriers other than DHL unless previously authorized by the customer service. The authorisation must be requested by email to the customer service address.
    The return must be delivered to the courier already packed so that it can be transported without damaging the items inside.

Upon verification of the integrity of the product (as per General Terms and Conditions), the cost of the item/s will be reimbursed while the shipping costs paid at the moment of purchase will be retained by Sport Commerce Italia S.r.l.. In all cases in which the withdrawal is not legitimately and validly exercised by the Customer, Sport Commerce Italia S.r.l. will return the Product to the Customer, at the latter's risk and expense; the Customer shall also take care of the organization for the return of the goods. In the event that the returned Products are damaged during transport to Sport Commerce Italia S.r.l., the Customer will be informed of the damages detected within the second working day from the receipt of the Products, in order to allow the Customer to inform the forwarding agent and to claim against the latter and, at the same time, the Customer will return the Products damaged during transport, at the Customer's risk and expenses. In case the withdrawal is exercised according to the provisions of the regulations in force, Sport Commerce Italia S.r.l. will refund the amounts paid by the Customer. The refund of the accepted returns will take place free of charge, in the shortest time possible and in any case within fourteen days from the date in which Sport Commerce Italia S.r.l. received confirmation from its warehouse of the arrival and acceptance of the return.

Sport Commerce Italia S.r.l. will not give notice of the delivery of the returned goods in its warehouses by the courier, the customer can personally inform himself of the delivery through the forwarding agent to whom the return shipment has been entrusted.
